Chicken roast pieces, sour yogurt, cashew nut batter, tomato sauce, soybean oil, chopped onion, bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, fennel, onion batter, ginger batter. Apart from this, some other materials will be needed. You need garlic paste, roast spices, salt, whole green chillies, milk, sugar, kheerjal, rose water and ghee.




Now see how to make? First, rub the chicken pieces with salt. After that, mix sour curd, tomato sauce and cashew nut batter well in a bowl. Then heat oil in a pan. Then fry the chicken pieces until light brown. Now fry the chopped onion in that oil. Only then will the barista be ready.
