Cut the mutton into small pieces. Cut potatoes into wedges. Slice the onion. Grind ginger, garlic. Take bay leaves, dry chillies. Potatoes should be fried with salt and turmeric.





Keeping the potatoes aside, boil the whole cumin seeds, dry chillies, bay leaves and stir in the oil. Keep stirring with chopped onion. Add ginger-onion-garlic-garlic batter when the onion is fried well. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder as needed. Mix everything very well. Stir everything well. Now add a small amount of hot water. Keep sauteing very well with mutton on low flame. Now add the fried potatoes to it, stir it well for a while.



The salt will mix well in the potatoes and mutton. Then shake well with little water. After draining the water, rinse again with water. In this way the mutton should be boiled by adding a little water again and again. Stir and cover and cook. If the water drains, water it again. Cover and let it boil. Add as much water as you want. It will be cooked after 5-10 minutes. After cooking like this for 40-45 minutes, the mutton will be well cooked. When it boils, sprinkle two green chillies, garam masala powder. Mutton curry can be made very easily in a kadai without a pressure cooker. Try it once.
