Here is the recipe. You will need paneer, green chillies, salt, white mustard paste, oil, sour curd, cinnamon, ginger paste to make this pada. And you will need cloves, small cardamom, shahi jeera, ghee.


First, cut the cheese into slices. Then add sugar, chilli flakes, white mustard paste, cloves, curd and a little oil and keep it for half an hour. Then add oil to the pan. Add few spoons of ghee to it. When the oil is hot, add cloves, cinnamon and cumin seeds. Stir gently over medium heat.
