Winter means eating a variety of parathas. Many types of parathas are made in all homes during this time. Carrot paratha, potato paratha, curd paratha, fulki, cabbage, peas are all made into parathas. Hot paratha is good to eat with sour curd or pickle. And if there is raita, there is no question. This paratha is made by baking. Eating a little ghee is better than eating oil.

Make chickpeas at home and drain the water. Add 1 spoon of oil in a pan and fry 1 spoon of cumin powder, 1 spoon of coriander powder, 1 spoon of turmeric powder and a little chili powder, half spoon of garam masala powder.
Now pour the drained chickpeas in this oil. Keep frying with salt to taste. Fry a little coriander leaves, finely chopped green chillies and mix it. Make sure that the spices and chickpeas are well mixed. Mix 2 cups of flour and 2 cups of flour together. A little salt, sugar and white oil should be mixed in it. Mixing this flour and rolling it becomes very soft. Mix the flour with little water. Cover the dough and keep it for 15 minutes.
Add oil to the kadai again and add chopped onions and chop whole green chillies in it. One big size tomato slice, capsicum should be chopped. Grind well and make gravy with little water. Remove when dry. The bread should be filled with sand. Grease a pan with ghee and fry the parota well. Serve this with fried onions. It's great to eat. You can give this paratha in children's tiffin too, it will taste great.
