Stock and water should be combined in a big saucepan. The dumplings should be nearly cooked through after 5 to 6 minutes of cooking in the boiling broth after bringing to a low boil. The dough will start to seem soft and pale, similar to cooked pasta.

Add the onion, mushrooms, Brussels sprouts, edamame, and now. Cook all the ingredients through and the mushrooms have softened over medium low heat. Add the oil, sriracha, and soy sauce by stirring.

Creating Dumplings

All the ingredients for the dumplings (apart from the wonton wrappers) should be placed in a food processor and pulsed until a coarse meal is formed.

Fill each wrapper with a half teaspoon of filling. Wet two of the wrapper's edges lightly before folding it into a triangle and pressing the edges together.

After that, moisten two of the triangle corners and tuck them into the middle. Continue until all of the wrappers have been filled.
