Our Homemade Naan Bread is Prepared from Scratch
Seven basic ingredients and a stovetop are all you need to make this simple naan recipe.


To activate the yeast, combine warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast in a large basin and whisk until foamy.

Create the Dough: After that, combine the yeast mixture with the milk, egg, and salt. Add the all-purpose flour gradually. Hand knead for 6 to 8 minutes on a lightly dusted surface, or use a dough hook in a stand mixer.

Give the dough time to rest: In a bowl, place the dough. The dough should rise for about an hour under plastic wrap.
